Blow Up Balloons is a fantastic exercise to strengthen the diaphragm, increase lung capacity, and improve nasal breathing!
Follow the steps below but don't forget to watch the video through the link!
Place balloon in front of teeth, bite down and don't use your hands. Keep lips around the balloon at all times, breathe in, and blow out, pinch balloon with lips, breathe in, then blow out. Recommended time: Follow your myofunctional therapist recommendation
