Terms & Conditions - MyoMoves

1) Agreement to Terms
By accessing myo-moves.com (the “Site”) and/or using our Services (including telehealth), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Nature of Services; No Emergency Care
We provide orofacial myofunctional therapy and education online. We do not provide emergency or urgent care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number).

3) Eligibility; Minors
You must be 18+ to create an account or purchase Services. Minors may receive Services only with verified parent/guardian consent, with the adult as account holder.

4) Telehealth & Location/Licensure
We provide Services only where permitted by applicable licensure and professional rules. We may decline or discontinue Services if regulatory limits apply in your location.

5) Scheduling, Cancellation & No-Shows
[Customize]: Reschedule/cancel ≥ 24 hours prior to avoid fees. Late cancellations/no-shows may be charged up to the full fee. Package/program policies will be stated at checkout or confirmation.

6) Fees, Payments & Refunds
Prices are shown at checkout and may change. You authorize charges to your payment method. Refunds: except where required by law or expressly stated, all sales are final once a session occurs; unused package portions may be refundable less a reasonable administrative fee. We don’t store full card numbers on the Site; payments are processed by third parties.

7) Conduct
No scraping, reverse engineering, spamming, infringement, harassment, or illegal conduct. We may suspend/terminate access for violations.

8) Intellectual Property
All Site content (text, graphics, videos, PDFs, branding) is owned by or licensed to MyoMoves. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. No reproduction or distribution without written permission.

9) Educational Content vs. Personalized Care
General content (blogs, videos, downloads) is informational/educational only. Personalized recommendations occur during paid therapeutic engagements and may require coordination with your dentist/physician/specialists.

10) Disclaimers
Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes; results vary.

11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyoMoves and its clinicians/employees/owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.

12) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyoMoves from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site/Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of law/third-party rights.

13) Third-Party Tools/Links; Affiliates
External sites/tools have their own terms. Where we use affiliate links, we disclose required connections (e.g., Amazon Associate).

14) SimplePractice Client Portal
Using the SimplePractice client portal means those terms apply in addition to ours.

15) International Users; Sanctions/Export
You are responsible for complying with local laws. We may restrict Services where prohibited by law or sanctions.

16) Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by South Carolina law (conflicts rules excluded). Exclusive venue is [County], South Carolina courts, unless mandatory consumer venue rules in your country require otherwise.

17) Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
